This woman Melissa Steck, if you can call her that, was my husbands first girlfriend. They lost their virginity to one another, but when her parents found out she told them he raped her and they split up. He and I started dating in late 2008 and everything was wonderful for the first 6 months or so. Then like every couple we had our petty arguments, but nothing I saw as a red flag. We moved in together shortly after our 6 month anniversary. They used to be sex buddies (right after him and his first wife separated) before we started dating. But it ended when he started seeing someone else. But she always seemed to be obsessed with him.
Things were good for us. Right after our one year anniversary we got engaged. As far as I knew there was no contact between them. Boy was I wrong. We had just moved cross country when I found out they had been texting. I put my foot down, he blocked her on Facebook and he offered to change his number. We ended up moving back to home to Utah shortly after. Our relationship was rocky from then on for more than half the time. And he became emotionally abusive and secluded me from my family most of the time. We got married June 2011. Three months after our wedding all hell broke loose….
I went to use the computer to check my email. I got onto Hotmail and it went straight to the inbox. I figured I forgot to log out. I clicked on the first unread email and there is was all in front of me. A full frontal naked photo of Melissa in the mirror. I click to the next one, tits, next, vagina, next toy in vagina, total 10 photos. I find the original email. She tells him how much she wants him and sent him a naked photo. He in turn returned a d*** pic. I lost it, drove to his work and confronted him. He admitted to it all. He said she gave him attention and he liked it. I emailed her telling her she had no right to be messaging him and she should know better than to try to get involved with a married man seeing as how her husband cheated on her while they were married and left her for the other woman. Her response to me was “If you could keep your man happy I wouldn’t have to.”
The next day I checked the phone records and found he had been speaking to another ex of his as well. I left after that day.
I do want to say big thank you to both Melissa, and Kassie Leeper (the other ex I submitted) for showing me how much better I deserve. And that some women are snakes in the grass, so I better keep my lawn short.
